Play with Kobe who makes 24mil

Play with Wade who makes 20mil (if he opts in)

I'm gonna play in the easier conference with a guy with glass knees instead of a blown one.

Don't think they can beat the Spurs in a 7 game series.

If you put Melo and Kobe on the same team does it really matter who else is there? Once the ball gets to either one of them it will stop right there.

So, is Kobe fine with deferring to LeBron, and possibly Melo? Is he fine with doing things LeBron's way? If not, it's pointless for the Lakers to even entertain the idea. On top of that if Kobe won number 6 as a third option, some people would discredit it.

Lulz. Wtf do you mean third option?

Kobe would remain option 1. If LeBron would let his ego get out of the way, he could be a great point guard. Focus of what he does best.. being a great distributor of the basketball and use most of his energy on the defensive end of the court locking down the opposing team's best player. He could be defensive player of the year even. They would be a great duo if LeBron would allow it.

Melo will also need to learn he won't be the guy.

Well. Melo is better now than an old, injured, Kobe. Lebron is a better scorer/passer/defender than Kobe has ever been. Can't really debate that.

Call me when LeBron scores 81 in a game

Kobe has something that LeBron doesn't and that's heart

Uhhhhhhh of course you can! Kobe is a superior scorer, D is a toss-up and Bron is a better passer.

Geez, Kobe seems like ancient history at this point.

Kobe is not a superior scorer, any way you look at it. Lebron has a higher career PPG and FG%. In fact, looking at individual seasons Lebron only had one year (rookie year) where he shot a lower % than Kobe shot in Kobe's highest year.

D I guess could be argued as a toss-up (maybe). But Lebron is way more versatile a defender, so I don't think you have much of an argument.
