Jordan- 6
Shaq- 3.5
Duncan- 4 (maybe 3.5 if you want to throw Parker a bone)
Lebron- 1
Kobe- 3.5
Shaq wins no titles without Kobe or Wade.

How old are you?
00-03 Shaq was one of the most dominant players EVER.
you can make the argument about Wade, but that is why Shaq only gets .5 for that one. Wade was the better player at that time.

None of those players are/were as good as Shaq, who was clearly the best player on those Lakers teams.
None of them are/were as good as Kobe either.. not saying Shaq wasnt the primary option but Kobe was alot more than just a role player in those championships

None of the Bulls players were are good as Pippen and none of the Heat players were as good as Bosh or Wade.
It is not a perfect system, but it is better than just blindly counting total titles.

I'm older than you I imagine. Anyway, Kobe was the best player on his team. Phil Jackson should get credit as well. Not saying Shaq wasn't #2 on that team, but I don't think the Lakers win those titles without Kobe.
I realize many of you are LSU fans, I'm not dissing Shaq, but Kobe was #1 on those teams.

If you are really arguing that Kobe Bryant was more valuable to those 00-03 teams than Shaq was then we don't need to continue this conversation.

You think only LSU fans think Shaq was No. 1 on those teams? It's consensus.
Here are Shaq's Finals stats:
2000
Points per game: 38.0
Boards per game: 16.7
Blocks per game: 2.7
PER: 31.1
2001
Points per game: 33.0
Boards per game: 15.8
Blocks per game: 3.4
PER: 29.4
2002
Points per game: 36.3
Boards per game: 12.3
Assists per game: 3.8
PER: 31.4

All those Finals stats he put were just stupid good for 3 straight years but the 2002 stats would be hard to replicate on a video game let alone actually doing it.

I didn't think Shaq/Kobe from 00-03 was even a debate.
I thought that was just settled. Learn something new every day.

wait, so shaq gets those rings without kobe? can you say that?
Shaq had all star players in the backcourt in the 96-99 years (Eddie Jones and Nick Van Exel) when Kobe was 18 and coming off the bench.
Then you look at the rest of the team in those years, good role players that would eventually win titles with the Lakers and other teams (Fox, Fisher, Horry, Rice, Elden Campbell). Dell Harris didn't know how to use Kobe. Phil Jackson did (put ball in Kobe's hand in the fourth qtr), hence Lakers win 5 championships.
Jackson ran the offense in the clutch through Kobe and the role players: Brian Shaw, Fox, Fisher, Horry, Ron Harper, Rice, Artest hit some big shots (wide open 3s) in the closing moments of the biggest games off of Kobe's offense.
• Comeback win against Portland in 2000 western conference Finals game 7 (down 15 in 4th qtr)
• Comeback wins in numerous games in Western Conf finals against Sacremento in 2002
• Comeback win in a pivotal game 4 against Magic in 2009 (down 5 with 30 seconds left).
• Comeback win against Celtics 2010 game 7 (lakers down 13 late in the 3rd qtr).
That's 4 years and 4 championships that could have gone the other way but didn't because of Kobe Bryant's play and plays late in the big games.
