Not sure if I would want this or not

Kirk Cousins' preferred destination is the San Francisco 49ers if he were to be traded by the Washington Redskins, according to a source close to the quarterback.

He loved playing for new 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan when he was the Washington Redskins' offensive coordinator. Shanahan is a detail-oriented coach, which meshes well with Cousins' mind-set.

If I wasn't going to a winning team, the best city would be next.

Hit the button to early.

It wouldnt be San Francisco.

I think John Lynch will be successful there after cleaning house and was a great hire IMO

I worry that Cousins is the kind of QB you could make the playoffs with but won't ever get over the hump and then you're kind of stuck in NFL purgatory. I'd rather take a big swing on Jimmy G or draft Watson.

If they can get him without giving up their 1st that would be huge. Then draft Mike Williams from Clemson. Suddenly you got a passing game.

San Francisco easily would rank in the top 5 NFL cities to live in if you had millions of dollars

As a Redskins fan, it's looking like this may be our best way out of this mess.

We gambled last offseason and lost. Get what we can for him and move on. I can't stomach paying him what he will demand. He's not good enough to hamstring the rest of the roster over.

Yeah that would be hard for you to step out of the woods and live where everyone doesn't think the same as you.

A) It is in Santa Clara, so you've really got the whole Bay Area as an option to live.

B) There are few places - if any - in this country that have the options that are available to an NFL player in the Bay Area. The people in the Bay Area have some consulted political views, but it is an incredible place to live.

Your title is really misleading.... It says if he were to be traded he would like to go to San Francisco

Jimmy G hasn't proven shite. Why would you want him over Cousins?

Read he can squeeze 100 million guaranteed over the next two years between the franchise tag and signing a mega extension on the open market

Good luck with that

I just told you, I worry that Cousins is the kind of QB you'll never get over the hump with.
