quote:

Cam can't throw the ball downfield.

He can throw downfield it's his intermediate/short throws that have to improve

With Cam recovering from ankle surgery and having a a new WR corp the Panthers should invest in additional RB depth (lol right) and just pound the ball down everyone's throat. There defense will be stout enough to get key stops if the offense is sustaining clock eating drives

It's gonna be like watching Beauty and The Beast. Defense will be glorious to behold while the offense will be an abomination

Not surprise or too worried here. First game with Cam and his new receivers - it was never going to be instant chemistry and Cam was almost certain to be rusty coming off the surgery.

The overthrow to KB just now was perfect example.

Man Lynch is looking like a damn QB whisperer. Smith playing very well. I know Carolina's secondary is gonna be pretty meh this year, but Smith is doing well so far.

Always makes me laugh at how anything panther related brings the worst/flaming posters to the table.

shite, this may be watching Dumb and Dumber. The fricking secondary looks lost out there. Dave Gettleman may have shite the bed here.

Yep. The O line and secondary are obvious weak spots as expected.

And the return game... Should have kept Ginn and at least one DB. What a mess Hurney made and Gettleman continued.

It's going to be a tough season offensively for the Auburn Panther fans.

I am not ready to put much blame on Gettleman but I absolutely agree with keeping Ginn and one of the DBs (though I'm undecided which one)

The OL sucks, the secondary sucks, the WRs suck and the QB is a flake. Sooo, the Panthers have a good DL. Yep, that's good for about 6 wins. The NFCS is going to be a runaway this year.
