I agree. I think the Patriots are doing all their due diligence and figuring out the market while waiting for Revis. By all accounts, Revis will end this quickly and the Patriots will be able to make their moves.
Rumor has it, they are looking for a guy that either replaces Amendola, or stretches the field and shoves Lafell back into the slot to replace Amendola.
Hartline, Harvin, Cecil Shorts, and others have been mentioned.

The Jaguars have an agreement in place with TE Julius Thomas.
There's no cold feet from Thomas' camp -- not when the Jags are going to pay him roughly $9M per season. It's an exorbitant sum for an injury-prone and one-dimensional player whose red-zone stats are inflated by Peyton Manning. Of course, the Jags have more than enough cap space to burn and had to fight off other interested clubs like the Seahawks/Raiders. Surrounding Blake Bortles with mismatch-creators is crucial even if they have to overpay.
