I think a good example would be Robert Smith

He looked a lot better once Randy Moss showed up and teams had to deal with Moss, Carter, and Reed.

I don't care what era it is, if Megatron reaches 2000 yards it will be impressive. Untaints any taint his record has. Dickerson record is impressive no matter the era.

What O.J. did in 1973 was amazing with only a 14 game schedule and playing for a shitty Bills team.

We are two weeks away from having the passing, rushing, and receiving yards records broken within 2 seasons. And I wouldn't be surprised to see the passing and receiving record broken again shortly. It's a product of the times, but that doesn't diminish what Brees, Peterson, and Johnson have done IMO.
