You do know he played in a pro-style offense his freshman year

OU hasn't run a pro style offense since at least 2000 when they won the national title as a spread team

he gained 15 pounds.

If he continues to gain a little bit more weight he won't be brittle. He never missed a game because of injuries before this year that should tell you something.

that's not true. They didn't run the spread until 08.

In 08 Stoops wanted a faster paced offense and it worked out tremendously. However, Bradford still took plenty of snaps from center (he wasn't in the gun 100 pct like Graham Harrell or Chase Daniel) and there were still many remnants of pro-style in the OU offense.

Sorry excuse. Look Bradford is just OK. If the Rams take him I will feel sorry for them for years to come. BTW It doesn't matter that he wasn't hurt his first two years. He is hurt NOW and still weak.

Bradford played in a heavy pro-style offense as a freshman and was highly successful. He passed for a 69.5% completion rate in 2007, a 36:8 TD to INT ratio, and a 9.15 YPA. His completion rate was actually BETTER in the strict pro-style offense than it was after spread concepts were introduced.

The Sooners' offense isn't in the Missouri or Texas Tech league yet. Bradford has dealt with plenty of pro-style concepts and has been dominant no matter the system he's played in.

based on what?
He actually isn't hurt now. He is quickly recovering. He will be fine in a few more weeks.

OU has definitely run the spread mostly under Stoops.

They have had some under center stuff in place too (more so when they had Peterson), but it's typically a shotgun/spread look.

dude look at the OCs who have left OU to go to other programs. it's all spread

they have been a spread team since stoops took over

they incorporate a bit of single back, but mainly just for running

OU = spread team, and has been for a decade
