Name a team that's ever won without an at least above average QB.

A football team is an absolute reflection of how good their QB may or may not be 98% of the time. There are only a few instances where that's not the case. Unless you have Saban or a hall of fame defense, you're not winning much. Unfortunately, at this point, Alabama has both and it shows.

Urban won with Leak and Cardale Jones. And he got Tim Tebow a Heisman Trophy and he can barely throw a forward pass.

Gonna sit here and tell me Tim Tebow wasn't an amazing college QB?

Chris Leak was a 5 star recruit & jones had enough talent to be a 4th pick despite only starting a few games

He lost the first game with the new QB to a good NC state team, lost to Bama, and now lost a heartbreaker to a top ten team.

There's a good chance they finish 8-4 against a super tough schedule with a new QB primed for the future

Weak arguements when you say these guys are winning with 5 star or top 5 qbs coming out of high school.
