Jeez you keep surprising me with progressively shitty threads.

Kansas is a no-mans land football program.

Kansas is one of the last places any self respecting coach would take a HC job. You're sandwiched between OU and Nebraska, your big rivalry is gone with Mizzou off to the riches of the SEC. Kstate has bypassed you and doesn't appear to be looking in the rearview. There's a long list of former Snyder assistants to carry the torch when he finally really retires.

Oklahoma St. has bypassed Kansas, Arkansas is right around the corner too, Colorado offers a west coast experience, Wyoming will be coming on with Bohl as HC, the Montana schools offer strong FCS programs that can offer wins and scholarships where as KU can only offer scholarships and getting your head thumped by everyone else in a soft Big 12.

Harbaugh is too smart and too egotistical to take that job. Harbaugh would have to turn down Florida, Texas, USC, Stanford, Cal, Michigan, LSU, Tennessee, Nebraska, North Carolina, Utah, TCU, Virginia Tech, and Vanderbilt before Kansas would be an option.

One day I want to see a bunch of elite coaches who are just young enough for one last rebuilding job go full 2010 Miami Heat and take their talents to some bum arse power 5 school all at once. shite would be so cash.

The ping pong table in the locker room bought him another year.

in all fairness to your thread, didnt harbaugh say he has interest in the KU job if he were to go back to college?

and he had a relatively serious interest when at stanford and kansas ended up hiring turner gill (not over harbaugh, but still shite).

i dont think it's happening but it is definitely a fun thought/rumor to entertain

He absolutely did, and not a single prick who has responded in this thread even knows that.

yeah im not sure what the hate about this is. it is absolutely a POSSIBILITY. aka the exact type of thing message boards are for.

it's pretty funny, though, every single thread on the kansas board i read talking about the coaching situation has a bunch of responses about harbaugh. most are joking but the connection is real and well established.

You think his ego would allow him to go to a school where could win a national championship and still be second fiddle to the basketball program and have his fans still consider the sport a novelty?

I thought I remebered that, would be quite the coup for ku no doubt. I'd say Michigan and Kansas are currently pretty equal in terms of shittyness. So how about 30% chance
