Cutler playing in Miami is a great fit. Cutler cares about football as much as Miami does.

Former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has accepted a role as a color commentator for Fox Sports, effectively ending Cutler's 11-year NFL career.

Cutler called the decision permanent.

"I don't really see anything else happening," Cutler said on ESPN 1000's Waddle and Silvy Show on Friday. "I'm happy with where I am in my life and in the future going forward. So we can go ahead and stamp that -- it's permanent."

They have a shitty backup and there starter is possibly out for the season.
Cutler, being just retired, isn't a bad fit for Miami.

Who would you sign that's available that knows the system like Cutler?

People will laugh and make jokes but Gase got more out of Cutler than anyone ever has. He understood how to deal with his personality but also how to put him in situations where he could excel on the field. This will turn out much better than people think.

Will Cutler be available for at least 2/3rds of the games?

Miami has the highest Cuban-American population in America. Imagine the reaction of that segment of the population if Miami signed a QB who wore these shirts and praised Cuba, Fidel Castro and Che Guevara.

I didn't realize how good his season with Gase was until I saw the stats. Of course, he's probably had 12 concussions since then.

Matt Moore is one of the best backups in the NFL.

He's just not someone you want 16 games with...

People are going crazy over this, saying it is obvious Kaep is being blackballed over his beliefs and taking a knee.
