Also, being an owner of property available for sale comes with responsibilities as well. If a player wants to be paid for fantasy performance than what assurances does he provide to me, the customer, if he doesn't produce the yards I need to win?

FIFY. Who the player is matters very little in fantasy sports. I beat my sister in our league championship with Matt Flynn at QB, while she had Drew Brees.
