And this was an off game for him. Crazy.

Awful game for him. Shocking the Rockets even won scoring 14 points in the 1st.

In other news: Eric Gordon leads 6th man of the year race by a landslide IMO.

He could be an all star honestly with his 3 point shooting this year. He's the 6th man but easily the best player on the team not named Harden.

Meanwhile Russ turns it over with a chance to tie and under 10 seconds. I saw he was 0-6 or 0-7 on game tying or winning shots in the last possession this season.

Rockets nugget of the night:

The Rockets' 15 December wins matched their franchise best. Their 120.9 points per game led the NBA and led to a margin of victory of 12.8 points per game. With 2,056 points, they were the first team with 2,000 points in a month since the 1991-92 Warriors. The Rockets 279 3-pointers were 52 more than the previous record for a month.

Yep. I honestly could see the Rockets with about 5 more losses without Eric Gordon.

At the end of the game when Harden is swamped, Gordon is a GREAT 2nd guy who can handle the ball. It also doesn't hurt he fits into D'Antoni's system to a T.

I was tempted to bump the thread I started awhile back thanking them for Anderson and Gordon.

Gordon is leading the league in 3-pointers made this season. Yes, more than Steph Curry.

He's money.

Most points in a month in 25 years. And 6th in defense in December.

Let's hope we can start a thread with Harden having a great game in a win vs OKC. They play pretty dirty though and I'm worried about Adams. Harrell and Nene are going to need to play well....as they must every night I suppose.

We can add to the Harden > Westbrook for MVP debate with a W.

Well he sucked on the Pels, but so does everyone.

Lemonhead was a great three point shooter last year too. Good for him to redefine himself after all of his injuries. There was a video going around last year about his reworked three point shot that was interesting to watch.

Gordon is also a great fit in Houston

He was a square peg in a round hole in NOLA, just like everyone else Dell Demps tries to bring in

I think he would have fit in fine with this team. D'Antoni is great for him, though
