Jameis does remind me a lot of Cecil. In HS Cecil got away with EVERYTHING. His coach would even drive him to and from school to make sure he went. It's why he thought he could do whatever he wanted when he got to LSU and was basically a 13 year old mentally still. He was babied.
Jameis seems to be the exact same.
