Thats what makes the lawsuit bullshite.
He wants to blame people for his decision, but not the people that are just as responsible as the NFL because they are giving him a check

Exactly. Plus Cal was where he originally had his first serious head trauma.
But the nfl is writing checks right now and he has his hand out.
This is nothing more than someone looking for something for free and trying to play a system.

I'd imagine that Cal is an "at-will" employer. Doesn't that mean they can terminate you at any time for any reason?

He chose to keep playing football. He knew he had a big big concussion history. there was plenty of concussion information out there in 2010 and has a huge reason to check into that information.
How is the NFL at fault again?

That complete post right there is frickING bullshite!!!
I dont know if you're in a union or not but I am and my company is 100% union. The unions have run their course and serve zero purpose in todays work force.
I will meet with you at any union hall with a full evening of back and forth and we can go over the list of bullshite you believe as gospel.
Our society will be better off ten fold as soon as the last union in this country is no more.
They're an archaic way of handling business in todays society.
I am going to stop this shite as im not going to get into this on a message board.
You want a perfect example of union effectiveness, look at Detroit and its current economic situation.
