Unjust enrichment for a sports story?

That's a new one.

So, we cheated...got exposure, ESPN and everyone made money off of us for cheating and now we want to get paid (for cheating).

I often get into arguments on the Poliboard with folks who want "healthcare like in Britain," or "socialism like in Sweden," or "more paid leave like in France." That kinda talk makes me sick.

Having said that.......we need "loser pays" like they have in the UK.

Who doesn't want more paid leave? I get 4 weeks PTO a year, and that's not enough.

I don't really know the story but frick Stephen A. Smith. Turned on ESPN yesterday for the first time in a month and all he did was yell at me and tell me about how he's from the streets.

from reading that lawsuit, it's almost as if they actually admit to their fraud and cheating.

Anyone else?

That's exactly what they are saying. We cheated but the Little League should of found out way before we had a chance of making it to Williamsport....

Screamin A. Smith to lose money in a lawsuit? I'm okay with that, whether the suit is bullshite or not. He makes his money shoveling shite, after all.

Why can't anyone just say they were watching ESPN? We sure have a bunch of people who "never watch" or just saw a certain part of some show at a random time

I doubt it will be that entertaining. His lawyer will probably tell him to say nothing.

yeah, you can't talk about an on-going lawsuit. Not just his lawyer but ESPN.

I get 3 weeks nonpaid.

I also only get 4 days off a month.

I'm fine with it. It's part of life right now.

If you can't deal with it, quit and get a different job.
