Holy shite that was incredible!

This doesn't seem real...how slow were the leaders going...it's not like the 1600...it's impossible to make up that difference one time around the track unless the anchors for the top 4 teams didn't belong on the team.
The teams had a Secretariat lead...even more. Being faster by 3-5 seconds doesn't make up that. She must have been running a 54 and everyone else a 64.

I want to know what the hell kind of time the first-place finisher ran in order to make up such a huge gap.
Her time wasn't anything incredible. It was 7 seconds off the world record for the split. What makes the video great is the effort and the never give up attitude of Phil Healy. Of course the other runners weren't great in that last leg, but just being able to close that gap in the lasts 250 meters was awesome to watch. You know she gave it her all by looking the way she face planted after crossing the finish line.

Same here. Love that race!
There were many a meet where I ran three 400's. Open 400, 400 in a mile medley, and the 4X400. That was brutal, but I loved it.

What a shithole of a facility to host what I assume is a major event.

That was great.
if we are talking relay races would swimming count because that 2008 Beijing Olympics Men's 4 x 100m freestyle relay is up there as well.
