Yeah, when the US has the 3rd best all-around female gymnast but she cannot compete in all-around because #1 and #2 are also from the US, per capita is ridiculous

Good chance it could have been top 4 had Hernandez competed on all events as well. She was left off the bars in place of Douglas, but finished second(behind Biles) at the US Olympic Trials.

And they limit the events as it is already!

The US would OWN an eating event or a shooting event or an illiteracy event!

4x100m White Guilt Relay
Team Binge Eating
1600m First World Problem Circle-jerk

I'm pretty sure this is a key component of the Liberal Media Conspiracy. You better look into it.

Is this where white people lay down at that starting line and let black people win?

But black people would win anyway. But would it still count? Maybe it's a race with just white people but they award the medals to black people. That's probably it.

"per capita" is used all the time to recognize the level of football talent here in Louisiana and Mississippi based on their producing more NFL talent per capita than the more populous states like California, Texas, etc.
By Olympic standards California and Texas would be limited to the number of players that signed with the NFL, thus making LA and MS numbers skewed per capita.

Yeah but it's meaningful since some large countries like Mexico are not able to send people to as many sports and that's telling of something.
