For some reason he's been given the stereotype of having a weak arm. I guess it's because he throws a lot of short underneath routes. But in reality he can absolutely sling the football. Sure he isn't Matt Stafford, but few are.

Yes, Brees is between 5'10" and 5'11" closer to 5'10 1/2". People who have seen him in person always remark how he is not tall and shorter than they expected.
His hand size is among the smallest ever recored in NF draft combines. He also has one of the smallest reaches in the NFL combines. He also only is size 9.5 in shoes. Brees though should be commended for being such an overachiever.
