At 27 and 17 games into this year, no.

Without a doubt, Steph is the best shooter of all time. Without a doubt, Steph is the most unique offensive player of all time. No one has ever been able to be a legit threat 30 feet from the basket. There is no way to defend him. Just pray he is missing.

When it's all over, he might very well be the best offensive player of all time.

If you are talking about trying to have a "statistically significant sample size" to determine whether he is the best then you will never have it. There are too many factors that will change over time. This isn't some scientific study. What it comes down to is people conflating career accomplishments when the real question is, "Using the eyeball test do you think the things that player A does on the court in his prime are the most impressive and difficult to accomplish and while being the most effective at winning games?" There will never be some objective method to measure this. The player will never be the same or in the same situation minus a few perfect variables to measure how that is effecting him at another point in his career. You just have to decide how it looks to you.

He's an all timer but saying this would be short sighted. Just need to catch a Bulls ESPN Classics game for a reminder of how truly dominant MJ was in his day.

Im not even sure he's the best pure shooter of all time. Reggie miller in his prime used to give the 90s bulls team's fits. Took them to game 7 in the ecf in the last championship

Those are def the top 2 tho

But if im down three with 3 seconds left and i.got my.choice of anyone taking that shoot its Reggie that was a clutch cold blooded mf that lived to eat ur heart out

No. If someone would actually man up and play defense he's not really that good. Have someone follow him all around the court snd don't let him touch the ball
