Alabama is in barring a miracle Florida victory
Big Ten Champ is in
Oklahoma is in

If Clemson loses, does UNC pass them up?

If they beat USC by 40, could they change somebody's mind?

Clemson
winner of Iowa/MSU
Bama
OU

is your top 4

If only Clemson losses UNC is in
If only Bama losses Stanford or Ohio State gets in
If both Clemson and Bama lose. Then Both UNC and Clemson are in

Yeah that loss to 10-2, 16th ranked NW on the road in the first game of the year is terrible.

UNC passing Ohio State is a stretch. Two FCS teams and a very bad loss.

That said, I don't see them beating Clemson.

bama's spot is the only spot available for another conference. if bama somehow loses and stanford wins, then stanford goes imo.

Sup, mofo?

We were wrong on Ferentz.

frick Michigan State. Hope we don't lose any soldiers in this one, but we both know that's not likely. Gonna be a classic test of who physically beats the shite out of the other just a little bit better.

Should be the 6 conference champs...but whatever.

USC or Stanford should get a shot based on the strength of the Pac-12 this year. Given the SEC East and LSU's herp-derp - Pac-12 South was the new SEC West.

It's pathetic that in this day and age we still care about undefeated. Iowa getting in would be like Hawaii getting into the playoff years ago.

Remember when everyone complained about Boise State potentially making the BCS title game - now it's = well we have a committee and they will do the right thing.

It's the same old - same old - AP vote.

Schedule nobody OOC and stay perfect or lose early (or lose to a team people thought was good - Alabama vs. LSU.

Are we going back to the eyeball Bama test or just 1-loss teams?

Pac-12 definitely deserves a rep in the playoff - given how tough the conference was. And if Stanford beats USC, they will have a better resume than Bama, Iowa, Clemson, etc.

Iowa is a great story but c'mon and tOSU blew their one tough game (but hey, Bama blows their one tough game often and still gets the benefit of the doubt) - so why not tOSU

Stanford lost to the fifth best team in the big ten, a team iowa absolutely embarrassed on all fronts.

Iowa and Stanford are mirror images in many respects:

Ball control
Player literacy
Selflessness

Iowa didn't lose to anyone, trounced what is about to be a 10-2, top 15 team, and will have a better win than Stanford if they beat Michigan State. USC is a 4 loss team that hasn't beat anybody that mattered.

And Oklahoma lost to Texas. That loss was WAY worse. Does that make them out?

And you all fell into the trap I set. For weeks you were all about Iowa sucks because they played nobody, yet you are all ready to give Stanford a pass. Yet Stanford lost to Northwestern, a team that Iowa beat the crap out of.

There you go. There is the fatal mistake you all are making. Stanford lost to a weak arse Big Ten team yet Iowa is not worthy.

Stanford should not get in no matter what.

Because they have two losses. They aren't out just because they lost to Northwestern. What don't you get?

You are so ill-informed. They will have blown out top 12 Northwestern @Northwestern. They will have beat top 8 Michigan State on a neutral field. And they will have beaten top 25 Wisconsin @Wiscy.
