As someone who has lived in Houston and visit it very frequently, its ugly.

I can't wait to see the day the Thunder no longer have their stars (and I don't mean like now with injury), and they struggle to put butts in seats. We took so much heat during Katrina because of our attendance. Then again, the people have nothing else on their agendas, so maybe they will fork over their money for a crappy team.

Im sorry but anyone that thinks Lafayette, LA is better than any city with more than 100,000 is just ignorant, im sorry buddy Lafayette is just not that great of place, I lived on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Yea, I love it don't get me wrong, but would never even after 5-6 drinks try to argue with anyone that it is a better than any actual city.
If you were trying to make a case for New Orleans being better than Houston or OKC than it be fairer. But to the outside world, meaning anyone that doesn't take your side simply because you are trying to raise LA up, you sound about as ignorant as the rest of the country makes us out to be. Why would you post a picture of either the Houston Ship channel, which is 5 or 10 miles from downtown, or of Texas City which is 30 or 40 miles from downtown when talking about the "shoreline" of Houston?
