Since the Cowboys last NFC Championship Game appearance in 1995, every other NFC team has appeared at least twice except for the Redskins and Lions who also haven't been during that period. I say that streak ends today.
Appearances since 1996 season:
Packers 5(3-2)
Eagles 5(1-4)
Falcons 4(1-2)
Panthers 4(2-2)
49ers 4(1-3)
Giants 3(3-0)
Vikings 3(0-3)
Seahawks 3(3-0)
Buccaneers 2(1-1)
Rams 2(2-0)
Bears 2(1-1)
Saints 2(1-1)
Cardinals 2(1-1)

That Dallas hasn't done shite in the playoffs since 96. Can your arse not read? However, I think that ends today.

Damn, I'm not saying they're not. I LIKE THE COWBOYS. I just didn't realize how bad a drought it's been the last 20 years or so. Since, the merger Dallas has a 33-22 record in the playoffs second only to the Steelers(35-22). However, since that last NFCG appearance and subsequent Super Bowl, they are only 3-8 in the playoffs.

Jerruh damn near ran that franchise into the ground. No surprise that they got good after building around their offensive line.

They're good now because Stephen Jones is running the show. He's the only one who can prevent Jerry from drafting idiots like Johnny Football.

It's a simple concept. Keep the viagra script full and bimbos around and tell Jerry to go rut as much as he wants. Keep him occupied.

That the Cowboys, Lions, and Vikings are the only 3 NFC teams not to go to the Super Bowl since the NFL expanded in '95.

Looking at the AFC you might be right
Pats 12(7-4)
Steelers 6(3-3)
Broncos 5(4-1)
Colts 4(2-2)
Ravens 4(2-2)
Jets 3(0-3)
Raiders 2(1-1)
Titans 2(1-1)
Jags 2(0-2)
Chargers 1(0-1)

Dolphins, Bills, Browns, Bengals, Chiefs, and Texans have 0 appearances.
