No but I think if the resumes were reversed I think Ohio St. Gets in simply because it's one of those big name programs that will get the benefit of the doubt(favoritism) based on its name. Just like Texas,Alabama, USC, and Oklahoma would.

They didn't get in because they have 2 losses while playing a much easier schedule.

Maybe, but only because they would have probably held a higher caliber program without the sanctions and whatnot. It has nothing to do with the committee picking tOSU over them in this years scenario though.

Then again, JoePa may still have been on the sideline more worried with bowel movements than play calling in that scenario, which could have added another loss to their record this season.

Agreed, think we can all agree we'd much rather play Ohio state than penn state.

Why d we fault them for not having to play themselves tho?

I know the committee said no, but anyway they can force their way in?

No, because JoePa would still be the coach. He's like "The Bear". He died because he was no longer coaching.

the school didn't rape anyone.

some coach did. they have paid for it, bigly.

move along.

and no, two losses is one too many when 3 other teams with one loss won their P5 conferences and bama was undefeated. & one of the losses was turrble

I swear I'm not kidding about this, but Urban Meyer was in State College a few weeks before the Sandusky scandal broke and had a tentative agreement to succeed Paterno.
