I thought officiating was fine last night.

There were a few iffy calls, but that happens in every game that has ever been played forever.

Officiating did not factor into GSW losing. They just really played poorly. Their play in the 1st and down the stretch in the 4th was amazingly bad.

Curry losing his composure was hilariously vaginal.

To be fair, James trash talking him after the block was dumb. Curry gives up 6 inches to LeBron.

I thought all the fouls that I saw called were fouls. I also think the refs went above and beyond in explaining calls and non-calls to players and coaches.

FTR, I am not in either team's camp.

There were ticky tack fouls both ways.

I absolutely loved lebron talking shite to Steph last night, it was like after 15 years lebron was finally willing to act like the alpha that he should be.

The blocking foul on Love was the worst foul call of the night.

Both sides got fricked by it. The game was over by the time Steph fouled out.

I think when calls go against you, at the same time the game isn't going your way (eg shooting 30%). . .players, coaches, and fans begin to feel targeted.

But it is almost never the case.

Said it in another thread. One team recognized how the game was being called and took advantage of it. The other team didn't. Sitting around and waiting for calls to start going your way is a mistake. Teams have to adjust on the fly.

It was beautiful.

I really need to know what he said.

I was drunk, but best I remember, that call where LBJ fell into SC's back was insane.

Is this the "acceptance" stage where we just learn to accept shitty officiating?

I just think we should expect better. It is the biggest stage of basketball... can we really not get better?

I don't think officiating had an impact on the outcome of this game but it was bad all around.

To be honest, that should have been a tech on LBJ for taunting.

The refs were horrible last night...on both ends

Game was called wayyyyy too tight. And that last call on Curry was pretty phantom.

Yeah it didn't seem out of the ordinary.

Game 7 should be great. Draymond won't have to play it safe. Klay and Steph heaving up bombs. And Bron, Tristan and Kyrie doing work. The Battle of the Bastards part deux

If that's taunting, Green would foul out of every game.

The problem for me was the dramatic change in officiating from game 5. That game was basically murder ball, while last night was ticky tack all night. I think everyone would just like a little consistency.

They called a tight game both ways. The foul on Love was garbage, but other than that, it was consistent.

I tend to agree

True, but I'm having a hard time ignoring the possibility that it put Curry on tilt. Curry losing it after the last foul was a reaction to more than just the foul.

I like Steph Curry. And he comes across as an in control, heady, smart, cool player. But, he cracked last night. Lebron openly mocking him, the criticism he's getting about his play, the talk of him not getting MVP is all weighing on him, IMO.

The refs had ZERO to do with the outcome of the game.

He pointed to Lebron apparently as he was being ejected and said "I'm coming for you"

You mean the best call. It got his bunk arse out of the game.

Don't worry though. ESPN radio is already factoring in Race
