He's got to hold himself to a higher standard than players.

That is not as bush league as bailing on his team like he did in 95.

He knew they were going to suck and when it started to get really bad he went in for "surgery"

On a more serious note, yeah he should hold himself to a higher standard but he's a human too

I always get of downvotes when I call Coach K a scumbag. But he definitely is one.

I am glad I'm not held to the same standard as people who play and coach sports.

He is a weasel. He always sends his assistants to do game interviews at half. He cusses like a sailor at refs, gets pissed at coaches who dare challenge a call. He may have mellowed through the years, but he is at heart a Chicago bully.

Skipped several Syracuse players in the handshake line, proceeded to lay into Paul Brazeau in front of the student body, then criticized calls in the press conference.

Every coach has his moment(s) of poor judgment post-game, but Coach K went for the trifecta in this one.

I'm sure he regrets blowing past the last few kids in tha handshake line. The other stuff, not so much.

agreed. He normally takes time to talk to the other players. A few years ago when Duke lost to Mercer in the tournament, he went into the Mercer locker room after the game and congratulated them. If that's not classy I don't know what is.

Oh how could I forget, it's bad when you skip over kids in the hand shake line, but it's also bad when you go out of your way to speak to them after an embarrassing loss. Hope you enjoyed watching him cut down the nets last year.

Coach K is above that, with all he's accomplished, whining about officiating, Duke has gotten their share of calls over his career.
Man up and shake the Syracuse's players hands.

They have nothing down low and it shows. Guards are too erratic.

Duke's recruiting tactics have not been above board either - Chris Duhon and the mom getting a job.
