Went undrafted and I don't believe he even got a tryout.

Makes no sense.

He was going to get passed up by Mariota if he stayed anyway.

MMariota was behind him and it was pretty much a given he would overtake thomas the next year so why not make it look as though it was his choice ,his draft stock was not going to rise.

In other bad decisions in history, I bet the Japanese regret attacking Pearl Harbor.

I'm 99% sure Thomas went pro because Chip told him that he wasn't going to be the starting QB over Mariota. Plus I believe he hadn't graduated from Oregon yet so he wouldn't have been allowed to transfer to another school as a graduate transfer. He was basically screwed whatever he did.

I saw that Va Tech QB forgoing and entering the draft. First name that jumped into my mind.

Almost as bad as Jevan Snead turning pro after throwing 20 INTs to 20 TDs

What was that VT guys name? All the analysts used to circle jerk to that dude because of his size and strong arm when he really sucked.

Logan Thomas. He played a few games for the Cardinals when Palmer went down, he's legitimately awful.
