How do the Patriots get so many good white players?

It's pretty damn incredible.

Because white players are undervalued and so the Patriots have their pick of the litter.

Because no matter what people say, white skill players are undervalued because of a subliminal bias. The patriots have been able to cut through the bullshite and just draft the player

Patriots are a red pilled franchise.

Either that or find them for cheap on the scrap heap:
Amendola, Welker, Ninko, Vrabel, Woodhead (not sure if drafted)

IMO, they invest in their lines first, and view every other position as secondary, minus Brady.

Nobody else wanted them. They're probably easier to coach as well.

Also probably has to do with belichick being the GOAT

If you pay attention, they really don't draft that many white players, especially with high picks (O-line not withstanding). They are usually picked in the late rounds or come via trade of free agency after being cut by a previous team.
Just take Woodhead for example. He CLEARLY outperformed Joe McKnight that preseason with the Jets, but because of "flash" and built-in bias, Danny was cut. Belichick doesn't give a shite about any of that. If you perform and don't frick up, you play...that's it.
Bill also values intelligence, work ethic, and leadership abilities FAR more than other teams. I heard a stat a couple years ago that NE has more college graduates and more former college team captains on its roster than any other team by a mile.

I have no idea who is and isn't drafted

I'm assuming Austin Carr is the guy who the OP is thinking of. Undrafted FA out of Northwestern (he was a walkon there too )
Hogan- UDFA but was signed as a RFA from the bills
Edelman- 7th round pick
Amendola- UDFA but was signed as a FA from the Rams
Wes Welker- UDFA that was traded for by the Pats from the Dolphins for a 2nd and 7th round pick
Woodhead- UDFA and picked up off the waiver wire from the jets

Well put.

They look for a certain type of player. You don't have to run a 4.3 or be a freak athlete. You just have to buy in 100% to their system and do your job and play for the team.
A lot of those players they have just happen to be white. I think it's more of a philosophy than race

Well yea, they aren't signing white players to sign white players. They just happen to end up with more white skill players than averaged because they are undervalued. They would end up with more black skill players than average if it was the opposite
They hunt for value wherever they can get it

White skill players are cheap too. They're usually low picks ...cheap. Or don't get the Antonio Brown/Julio Jones type contracts. Edelman had been a top 5 or 6 WR for years yet is paid like he's 20th. What's he make 5 mil/yr, maybe??

Because Tom Brady makes people better.
Posted on 8/10/17 at 8:46 pm to mouton
In their offensive system they don't need players with highly pitched talents. Their WRs predominately run option routes so it's more about knowing what route to run when the defense gives a particular look. Of course when they get that highly talented WR that has high football IQ (Moss), the results are even better.

Ask the average Boston (Red Sox) fan how they feel about black players
