Slow day on MSB. Bunch of CFP whining. Checking in with my fellow derelicts.

Easy Money
Cavs over 56

Looking Good
Rockets over 44

Feeling Confident
Jazz under 49

Not So Hot
Pelicans over 37

RUH ROH
Suns over 30
Grizzlies under 43 (to be fair I bet significantly less here)

Shits and Giggles
Rockets winning SW Division at 12:1

ETA: The Suns one is the one truly pissing me off. How does a backcourt trio of Devin Booker, Brandon Knight, and Eric Bledsoe not win 30 fricking games? Throw in multiple good 3 and D SFs with Tyson Chandler and Alex Len off the bench. How the hell do they suck so much?

Booker was massively overrated last year. Newsflash when your team is trash someone is gonna put up numbers. That was Booker last year. Remember Darren Collison averaged like 19/10 his rookie year for the Pels when Paul got hurt and they had no one else.

If you look at that roster, the sum of its parts is not equating wins on the court. Bledsoe also played 31 games last year. He's playing at a respectable level this year. Knight is having a down year, but he's still a nice third option off the bench. They have a bevy of 3 and D SFs which theoretically should work well around their ball dominant guards. Tyson Chandler to rebound and defend the paint with a serviceable 5 behind him.

It makes no sense they are as bad as they are. That prop I felt 3rd best about going into the season behind the Cavs and Rockets. I knew Clutch City was built for the regular season at minimum, and 56 wins for Cleveland was easy money. It's a shame Bovada doesn't let you bet more than $250 on any of these props. I would have thrown an assload at the Cavs.

CC still learning to play together. I expect they'll get better as the season progresses. So many minutes with newcomers is bound to have growing pains. I don't think y'all can catch SAS, but I figured it was worth a shot. I underestimated Kawhi Leonard unfortunately. He seems to be filling the void left by Duncan's retirement. They still statistically are down from last year, but they don't lose close games and always find ways to win.

I put $500 down total on your team . At least you can't claim I'm not objective.

Yep. Spurs bench is too good. Spurs more than any other team are built for the regular season since we know that the effect of the bench is minimalized in the postseason. They will probably win 60+. Houston looks to be between 50-55 right now.

Conley is out indefinitely with a fractured vertebra, you may be good on the Grizz.

And the backups are two rookies. It's not going to be pretty.

eta: Looks like he got the same injury Romo got this year.

Pels under 37 might have been the easiest prop get in history. Wtf were people thinking they have one player. Ar full strength this was easy money and they weren't to start the season
