Has any college team ever had the first 2 overall picks?

In the NFL Draft?

Kiper is projecting Luke Joeckel #1 and DaMontre Moore #2.

The craziest part is that the Heisman winner wasn't one of the two players.

Also, there is a very outside shot it could happen next year with Johnny Manziel and Jake Matthews.

Same was said about RGIII really. If RGIII has another outstanding year and stays healthy next year, I could see a team taking a shot at Manziel very early in the first. The type of offense Maziel would run is becoming very popular in the NFL. I don't think Manziel necessarily has the arm strength or accuracy of RGIII just yet, but another outstanding year like last year will get him taken early.

Mathews wont even be the first tackle taken. Cyrus will be, and then Lewan after him.

Also, Nebraska had the #1 and #2 overall picks in the 1984 draft with Irving Fryar and Dean Steinkuhler.
