Bengals get ball to start second half.
Had a huge opportunity to change the game with score before the half and to open the second. Instead had to play conservative from the 10 yard line.
And now Rams have opportunity for field goal.

I think the clock not stopping after the Bengals 1st down play was more costly. They lost 30 seconds and seemed to effect their urgency

From the 20 Bengals only had to get 43 - 47 yards for a FG.
