Meth heads don't usually have prescribed hours to take their medications
And anyway that's the exception not the rule. Put any human being on adder all and they'll drop weight.
They certainly won't have the appetite to be as big as he is. Extended release or not.

Aside from destroying your appetite (doctors tell you to eat a big breakfast before you take it for a reason) it also jacks up your heart rate, thus the effect of losing significant weight.
Bigger you are, the more you drop.
He's taking it in the most curiously fricked up way ever or he has something he takes in addition to significantly increase his appetite.
But most likely, he's lying

Weight loss isn't a given with stimulant medication even when taken regularly.

There is a lot of misinformation about stimulant medication. Media loves to demonize the stuff and just covers the negative aspects of it. People love a juicy story I suppose. A typical dose of an extended release pill is the equivalent stimulant of 3 and half cups of coffee. If you use as prescribed, you might have a little bit of weight loss in the beginning but as your body tolerates the medication the appetite suppression diminishes. If you aren't a disciplined eater to begin with and prone to weight gain, you'd actually probably eat healthier and maintain.

When the adderal stuff first starting happening and people were questioning saw a dolphins beat writer say he would see players drop them in a water bottle and drink it before a game. Like a greenie In baseball
