It absolutely was the equivalent of blackface.

I find both harmless.

It's fine to find both deplorable.

Finding one ok and the other not ok is the only stance you can take here that I would encourage the stance-taker shoving up his inconsistent and dishonest arse.

Have to make everything political. When they discussed it as a topic I was shocked, it never even crossed my mind.

Same here. The idea that people would be offended over it never crossed my mind either.

Though I'm not surprised... people seem to be offended about everything these days.

How much does it cost a year to be fully supported?

Was it Wilbon leading the charge?

Dude always looks for a chance to play the race card.

Yet many have been complaining for many many many years about the Redskins name and the NFL hasn't done anything. That's the thing about that drives me up the wall. Wilbon and other big market reporters save all their self righteous indignation for what goes on in college athletics and let an even more blatant example (Redskins) happen in their beloved NFL and it's crickets from them. Such hypocrites.

P.S. I remember Wilbon criticizing those who keep up with college football and basketball recruiting and the player announcements. Yet he probably thinks Fantasy Football is somehow legitimate by comparison.

Most of those ESPN talk/debate shows are just trolling for twitter trends. It's just another way to market their product.

Did you just wake up from a coma?

My point is that Corso went to FSU and is a well known FSU supporter. I'm sure he either talked to the tribe before doing that OR the tribe is completely fine with it.

Again, that dude can get fricked.

Why do ESPN and all these random candy arse reporters think myself and the rest of Native Americans are such pussies? I never new this shite was going on until the Redskins thing.

I'm glad stuff like this is happening, because people in this country need to wake up to what a phony, agenda driven, pos concept political correctness really is. It's nothing but a "gotcha" movement.

Not to mention the ridiculous double standard. We find out that Paula Deen said the N word 20 years ago, and she has to be destroyed. But Jesse Jackson gets caught making anti-Semitic slurs, and he even got caught lying about it, and people still refer to him as a "civil rights expert."

People need to wake up to this phony bullshite.
