I'm not sure that guy knows the rules of the BCS. Rutgers will neither be in the top xiv, nor will they have three or fewer losses.

Is he on drugs? Rutgers will be 7 -5 with a win . Best RU can do is the Sun Bowl. People around here predict the Papajohn bowl against either Troy (We know about them) or Arkansas St or Fla Atlantic. Hoping for the Sun against a real team.
