He shouldn't need DG to admit it to know its true. Like the whole thing with lolo jones and Eric Lagrande. Why is it being reported on espn? If he wasn't paralyzed and she wasn't a virgin, no one would care about either of them...or even know their names. He was a Rutgers football player and she didn't even medal in the Olympics.

I think it was more for his audience. Doug wasn't gonna sit there and rail his former employer. CBS wouldn't care for that.

DP show is good enough where he doesn't need to always sound so butt hurt about espn. Just comes off very petty whenever he talks about it to me. Be a pro and move on.

From everything I've heard, from various media sources, the reason that DP has such a hard on for the mothership is that they tried to napalm him when he left. It was a bloody & mean spirited attack & I, for one, can see why he's not "moved on" as a professional. Some things just stick in your craw. But, for the most part, his shots are funny, such as his comment bout Golic getting his ND arse chewed out for talking to him & Greenberg was seen hiding in a corner..not sure if that was meant literally.
