The Rams and raiders were moving to the same stadium. Can they afford it if it's only one of them?

Then the NFL should pony up the cash

They ususally do chip in a majority of the funding for new stadiums.

The NFL "pays them back" by allowing them to host a Super Bowl.

Goodell wants the raiders to share Levi stadium with the 49ers so that they stay in the Bay Area. I never understood the talk about the Chargers and raiders sharing a stadium in LA. They are bitter divisional rivals. Can you imagine sharing a stadium with the Falcons?

That and they also help pay for the stadiums. They funded most of the remodeling for the Superdome and wil fund the majority of the cost for the Falcons new stdium.

This has to happen if they share a stadium for scheduling purposes (like the Jets and Giants).

IMO the Chargers and Rams share a stadium in LA. Raiders move in with the 49ers in Santa Clara. That gets all 3 teams a new stadium while only having to build one new one. Pay off the York family for their troubles and everyone should be happy.

If this happens do the Raiders remain the Oakland Raiders, or do they become the Santa Clara Raiders, Bay Area Raiders, or Golden State Raiders?

San Fran kept their name so I don't see why the Raiders don't keep their's.
