No, but Lebron has.

Has Jordan ever made 7 straight finals?

No, but Lebron will have.

I'm just saying you could make an argument like that for both guys.

He's been swept before he could even make it to the finals if that counts?

I am not sure they will be swept by the Warriors, but this loss was very perplexing. How you lose a 21 point lead at home in the second half with a chance to close it out in Game 4 is flabbergasting as anything I've ever seen out of a player of his skill.

I am a Lebron guy through and through, but what the freak was that I just watched out of him in the second half?

All I can say is that maybe he played like that on purpose to allow his team to experience some sort of drama/fear/loss whatever you wish to believe.

I agree, by a combined 100 points, including a 40 point win

That's dumb.

LeBron has shown, at times, that when his shot is off, he'll defer like a mofo. He's always trying to make the best basketball play, and sometimes he forgets that he's the best basketball play. It is what it is.

As if Jordan wouldn't have if he hadn't gotten bored.

He was on top the world and the most dominant basketball team on the planet for 3 straight years.

How can his shot be off when all he has to do is drive to the basket against nobody. Celtics have zero defenders at the rim. ZERO. Shouldn't he be feasting at the basket like baskin robbins?

I don't buy the 'shot off' because he can get to the cup and gain some confidence there. Very odd game. No matter the spin from me, you, or anyone else.

It is, but it's not a one-off game from LeBron, unfortunately. He does this every so often. Head scratcher each time.

He didn't make 1 straight final until he did the super team thing twice. He was obviously the focal point of those Miami teams, just saying he couldn't even make it to the finals until he went to Miami. Yea I'm aware that the team around him before leaving was trash.

Seems like there's one thing you're not quite aware of....that he did go to the Finals before he went to Miami.

I agree with that, but still, he is 6'9 260 and stronger and quicker than anyone on the Celtics squad. There is no rim-protector for Boston anywhere on the floor or bench. He could live at the foul-line with And-1 opportunities.

We often forget the psychology in sports. The brain has to move the body, and sometimes one isn't operating at full-potential although to those outwardly watching it makes zero sense.

I have no problem with how he played tonight, but come on dude. He doesn't "forget". He went through a period where he simply didn't want to take the last shot or late shots. Most of the times he was making smart basketball plays but there were def times where he simply shied away from it. That's not him anymore so this is irrelevant.
