Seems like there's one thing you're not quite aware of....that he did go to the Finals before he went to Miami.

I have no problem with how he played tonight, but come on dude. He doesn't "forget".

You get the point though. Sometimes he defers when the team is on fire - like the first half. Other times he defers when the team can't seem to buy a bucket - like the second half.

He's shot 13 or fewer FGAs in a playoff game 10 times in his career, prior to tonight, but only once has he shot 13 or fewer attempts and had a lower FG% than he did tonight. It was an awful game.

I agree with that, but still, he is 6'9 260 and stronger and quicker than anyone on the Celtics squad. There is no rim-protector for Boston anywhere on the floor or bench. He could live at the foul-line with And-1 opportunities.

the opposition has a say and celtics did a damn good job clogging the lane tonight

Then it was the failed 3 point shot in the second half. Which would mean that Cleveland wasn't getting open looks, and they weren't as Boston began running them off the line for the most part. That means Lebron should have been posted on the box more along with Love.

Stevens just flat-out out-coached Lue last night, period.

Irving did a fantastic job of getting to the cup himself as they forced him to the basket.

A very sound coaching job by Stevens last night. They won't win the series, but he definitely caused some alarm with the change up he threw in the second half.

He's been swept twice in round one,

But yeah let's lol at Lebron for being swept in the finals as a 23 year old with Boobie and Larry Hughes or for potentially being swept by the most talented team ever

Nothing beats a good, clean block. I could watch that all day.

Lebron's occasional no-shows - rare as they have become - are so perplexing.

I honestly think that 2011 Finals could be a big part of what keeps him from being the GOAT one day.

We often forget the psychology in sports. The brain has to move the body, and sometimes one isn't operating at full-potential although to those outwardly watching it makes zero sense.

That is where Lebron is weak. Mental aspect of the game. It surfaces time to time.

GS in 5. Barring injuries, of course. They are the better/deeper team.

What proof exists that the Warriors will sweep the Cavs this time around? They couldn't sweep them the last two finals series AND this Cavs team is more loaded with talent than last year's champions or the 2015 runners up.

It would appear that the Warriors are the NBA's version of the Death Star. But they have a weakness, and that is the thermal exhaust port that is Mike Brown.

Brown is at least as good a coach as Lue, IMO

That whole series comes down to the huge coaching advatage by Dallas. Also Wade is about the worst complementary star to put next to Lebron. As you could see Lebron and Bosh expanded their game to overcome the Wade weakness. Wade didn't do anything to improve his game and is the reason the team fell apart.

Lebron's accomplishments in Cleveland are probably better than about anything that can be thrown out there. His team was absolute garbage in comparison to what people consider good teams when he started in Cleveland. He took one of those shitty teams to the Finals. Then his last two Finals performances have been unbelievable.

I'm looking forward to the Finals. Think it's a 6 game series at least.

I do not believe GS is invincible. Any team that can be forced to bleed against their will can be defeated. SA made them bleed. I'll have to see them dominate Cleveland to believe it.
