The revised forecast shows a high temperature of one degree. The hour-by-hour forecast shows that the temperature at kickoff of 3:40 p.m. CT is expected to be between one and zero degrees, with a wind chill near 20 below.
but when night falls....

This is football. Don't be a pussy.
Thank you. Then add in everybody's body heat, heat from their mouths, heaters on the sidelines etc. It'll make it a lil warmer in the stadium. .j/k
You'll never catch me at a game like that. I'll enjoy it from the warm comfort of my living room, heater on blastin, etc. Hope they have fun while I'm watching and hoping they get some precip with that cold.

I went to Chicago back in 2003, never felt cold like that in my life and I'm in Missouri. So cold you have to wear gloves and cover your ears just to pump gas, if you didn't you can feel your skin burning. Asked my dad how could he live up there, he was like you get use to it. He's originally from Louisiana.

I went to work in -9 degree weather this past December. That was the temp without the wind chill. Those of you who are acting like bad asses in this thread don't know cold.

like i said, they've never experienced anything below 20 in their lives
eta: just like southerners know the difference between 90 and 95, northerners know the difference between 5 and 0…and it's a HUGE difference

I worked outdoors in the Bakken. In February. The coldest month of the year in ND. My first 7 days of work it didn't get above -3 for a single shift. Windchill was hitting -60, actual temps were hitting -25ish.
I could not imagine playing football in this kind of weather. Brutal doesn't begin to describe it. Everything on your body freezes. These guys are going to have to be careful about their sweat. When they come off the field it will freeze on their skin under the clothes.
Nope, nope, nope, nope. It will also be worse for fans in the stands. They won't have heaters like the players do around the benches.
