Easy for CC to Double off Murray or verti. They will get some buckets that way i agree but it won't be enough.

You and I both know doubling puts you in chase mode. The key for the Spurs is getting it down there early in the shot clock. If they wait too long then Houston has no consequence for sending the double.

Gotta make the other team play your game. This series has been perfect example. When Spurs when they make Houston play slow. When rockets win they make SA play run and gun.

I didn't say shoot it early in the shot clock. I said get it down there early in the shot clock. If the Spurs get it down there late in the shot clock the Rockets can send a double and only have to make one rotation instead of multiple rotations. I hope that isn't too simple for your complex basketball mind.
