Who wins this game? I'm not sure what to think of it because it is TECH's first road game of the season. I am just not sure how they will react for the first time on the road.

I'm not sure, but I think it'll be a good one.

At least I'm hoping it will be.

See, ND always has trouble stopping Navy's option, so I think GT will hang points.

With ND going with a backup QB, I think GT wins by 2 TD's.

What's the over/under? This will probably be a high-scoring game.

I have no idea what to think, either. Our defense needs to get their heads out of their arses, and we have historically not played that well against the option under Kelly. We supposedly have had one assistant who dedicated the last four months against scouting and stopping the option since we play two tough option teams this year, so we'll see if that bears fruit.

I think we'll be OK on offense. Supposedly there wasn't that much separation between Zaire in Kizer in camp, though they bring pretty different skill sets. Kizer is more of pure passer and less of a runner. We still have a great offensive line, one great receiver with good depth behind him, and one very good RB with not much behind him. We still have good talent on the DL that seems to be out of position all the damn time, though no true rushing DE. We still have a great All-American LB and a, ahem, "coach on the field" who still seems a step slow. We still have safeties who are talented but keep making the same stupid mistakes over and over along with, what I thought, were two great cover corners but not much behind them (and no decent option at nickel at all).

Again, no idea what to think about this game. We could blow y'all out, or y'all could wipe the floor with us, and neither would surprise me.

Brian Kelly isn't a coach who gets embarrassed at his stadium. Not gunna happen.

GT would have won even if ND hadn't lost their QB. GT by 17.

Actually not that big of a deal. Kizer supposedly was just a hair behind Zaire coming into the year, and he showed well (and arguably played better than Zaire before he got hurt) last Saturday.

It's our defense up the middle - minus one LB and one DT - that has me worried about this game.
