It's close but I'd say Fultz by a hair. Easier to build around and PG defense not as important as PF.

Simmons cant shoot so markell gets my vote.
Simmons is going to be a great "piece" on a team with two more complete players.
Simmons looks timid or uninvolved.
I would not have him on my team.

I go to YouTube to see Fultz highlights and their swag video has a clip of him playing Yale. I LOL'D at the score and Turned off the video. In the background they rapping hardcore while showing being down 20 to Yale. Kills the vibe

I hadn't even heard of Fultz before this college season. Simmons was coming for a couple of years before the NBA.

I would think it has to be Simmons because the one thing he has to work on (outside shooting) is probably the easiest thing to fix.
Simmons is more of a potential match up nightmare than a 6'4 guard. That doesn't mean that Fultz isn't an incredible player and elite prospect though.

Fultz is a terrible free throw shooter.
I would not pick either of them based on their current game.
Billy owens came out of syracuse with similar game as Simmons and never learned to shoot. Was a solid contributor but never close to worth 3rd pick in draft.
