I like reading unhinged rants so I didn't know if there was a specific one you were referencing.

The case was mishandled, I will not disagree with that.

The issue I have with the accuser is that in the Police report she said that Jameis gave her a ride on his scooter after she was raped. So you're telling me that Jameis raped you, now you straddle him on a scooter?

Cleat chasers don't go after 3rd string QBs. They go after people who are already stars and he was from that at FSU at that time.

Winston was a star the moment he stepped on the grass at FSU.

Damn dude. I love Ohio State football, but it takes another level to go to bat for a probable rapist.

This is a lawsuit about how FSU handled the case, not about Jameis Winston.

Why would she bother with a true freshman who didn't even play at all that year and she'd have to wait three years minimum for it to pay off, when she could have gotten with someone who was already a star playing for FSU who was about to go pro?

The cleat chaser angle defies logic. You know this happened in 2012? He had not even so much as taken a snap in an FSU game.

Cleat chasers will frick any athlete that plays for a big time program. Some are just trying to brag to their friends. Some are trying to cash in on it.

And she allegedly was known as a cleat chaser by other FSU athletes.

Not only is FSU paying up, they're creating rape prevention programs even though they claim innocence:
So you're saying it's a negative that they're creating rape prevention programs?

The settlement literally had nothing to do with his guilt/innocence.

A frickton would be paying for high end lawyers for months, possibly years.

More to the point.

In the initial report she could not identify who it was.

That was not until much much later.

When this story first broke, I thought she named the wrong guy from her initial police report. Only changed my mind when DNA was confirmed.

If a prompt investigation had occurred, this would have been settled with in a much more fair manner for the accuser and accused.

I do not think we will ever know if he was innocent or guilty, and that falls on the PD and University. So yeah, they SHOULD pay through the nose.
