But I doubt there is any money that could keep you from investigating an allegation of rape for 11 months if you were a cop.

There's no doubt the case was badly handled.
But it worked to Kinsman's benefit, in the end.
Had it been properly handled, there would have been even more evidence contradicting her 18 bogus accounts of what happened that night, and she would have never seen a dime.
Anyone who has taken the time to do any homework on this knows that he did not rape her.
He banged her, and told her to stay away, because his GF was coming to town. She got buthurt, and did what crazy buthurt sluts do.
But it worked to Kinsman's benefit, in the end.

You sound like you have done your homework, could you provide links/quotes?
The PD and the University dropped the ball on this. THEY are guilty of either incompetence or something worse. A rape case was not properly investigated. An 11 month delay in something like a rape case leaves both the accused and the accuser without justice.

Didn't she suck off two guys, then frick Jameis? And weren't teammates walking in and out of the room and being annoying? It probably hit her how despicable she was being and she freaked out.

It was my understanding that one player had recorded it on his phone, but the evidence was never collected and then deleted.
She went to the hospital that night. It should have been investigated in a reasonable time frame. If Winston is innocent, he was not served by the delay as evidence might have cleared him right away. If she was right, someone got away with rape.
Either way the PD royally screwed it up.

I am taking it at face value he has some links to back that up. However, it would be nice to actually see that from a verifiable source, not just well obviously...
