TBH, I thought he was older. He was one of those guys that stayed pretty fit and youthful so long it was hard to get a handle on his age.

I did as well. The 70's was a great time for network TV. Cosell was the best in the business, but Gifford and Meredith helped make that crew the best we've ever had.
