Cal does have some problems as does Duke and UNC with this

Unc is Jordan brand.

The recruiting landscape right now clearly points to duke and uk.

Did you read my post? I said I think we're all doing shady stuff. But until we get caught, nothing can happen. The only thing people say is "Well, Cal is dirty". They offer no proof.

Why does that matter? UNC recruits clean. They don't get 5 one and dones every year like duke and uk.

UNC has done worse than both UK and Duke. I don't think the NCAA is ever gonna finish up that case

UK has a proven rule breaker. Calipari is just doing what he's always done.

UNC hasn't been penalized yet, now have they? What's the latest on the investigations? Still ongoing? Oh what a coincidence!

I bet the investigations will continue to be "ongoing".

Cal is not the proven rule breaker, you can call him a rule breaker but until he's mentioned in a report it's not proven. He probably knew about the UMASS stuff, yes.

NCAA is dragging it out, but if nothing was there they'd already close shop. UNC is far from clean, they just have a good boy image which isn't true.

Some one should resurrect the Kangaroo Shoes. They were in basketball programs, now is their chance.

For something that the NCAA has no jurisdiction over in reality. But this investigation, as I understand it, is not just about 1 and done with Nike/Adidas. It is a corruption case and using funds to sway people where to go and where not to go.

UNC sent football and basketball players to classes that didn't exist. Honestly, I have no clue who would be in charge of that. Department of education maybe?

Lol if anyone think something is going to happen to Nike. That's like thinkingthe big banks were going to face criminal punishment for the housing crisis

They existed and they were offered in the college catalogue. The NCAA can not tell UNC or any school what classes it has to offer. The accrediting body can do so but not the NCAA.

As bad of a look as it is, UNC is totally correct in their defense.

The problem that UNC will have(and this is according to mccants, so take it FWIW) the classes didn't meet and he got an A.

Again, that's just from him. That's why I think this is more of an DOE issue. I see your NCAA point.
