Ezekiel Elliott got the TRO - keeps playing for now, per source.
Ezekiel Elliott now likely gets to play this season, but NFL and NFLPA are awaiting further explanation.
BREAKING: Ezekiel Elliott wins injunction from Texas court. NFL barred from imposing suspension for duration of lawsuit (likely all season).

Every step of the way he's making those trying to argue "BUT PRECEDENT" more and more ignorant. The judge specifically states in his ruling he believes Elliott's case to be more legitimate on the basis the league violated their own procedural rules in the CBA.

That Taco Cabana is still in business? I went there once in 2009 and haven't visited the chain since. Sad!

They and the others were closed almost a week after Harvey. I probably drove 25 miles looking for some late night snackums. That was sad!
