Even had Kentucky won the title this year plenty of people still wouldn't even consider the 2015 team better than 96 or 12. Unlv was a team for the ages, college basketball as a whole is down, and Kentucky ran through a bad conference. History won't remember this Kentucky team as being anywhere close to a goat.

I wanted UW to win tonight, but I don't hate UK by any means - haters just hate with no logic.

Kentucky basketball reminds me of what Paterno said about Oklahoma and Switzer representing all that is wrong with college football. It's just the one and done rent a win culture is unclean and unseemly.
Although Switzer was a known ladies man he never was accused of harboring pedophiles so maybe I'm overstepping a bit.

I would put my basketball history knowledge up against yours anytime you are ready. Lots of teams make final 4's, most of them are forgotten in time, and nobody was talking about this being a GOAT team.

Ignore the haters
I really do think the 2012 Kentucky team was better despite the team having 2 losses going into the tournament. Something just felt off watching this team in their close games all year.
