Once he answered a question he had to answer everything.
The Prosecution fricked up not knowing this was out there and should have offered immunity and he would've been forced to answer everything. Somewhat like the Feds do in drug and Mafia trials.

Not 100% sure of this, but I believe that once you've invoked the 5th, if you then decide to answer a question after that, then you've waived that right and can't invoke it again. If there any legal minds out there to chime in on this please do so. Maybe that only applies to defendants.
If he'd answered the glove question, then they could've continued to pepper him. Wouldn't have been a good idea.

Haven't really thought about, never used this app before and expected better out of ESPN

OJ implied to his agent that he went over to Nicole s that night, but because she had a knife, that ultimately caused OJ to take the knife and kill her. Then the agent infers and takes it one step further by stating the knife she had didn't "cause"
the murders, but OJ in fact went to her house with intent to murder.
That's what bothered me about the agent, even after having this realization and mentioning the thing about the kids...he continued to stick with OJ and even help him move items to hide from the Goldmans. He didn't jump ship until that teet was completely dry.

I think there's a line, I just think Prosecutors and their allies (cops, etc) cross it a hell of a lot more often with virtually no consequences.
A DA induces perjury and he's shielded, and at worst if called out spins some line about "victims deserve justice and sometimes you lose sight of the law" or something that makes breaking the law look noble-- if a Defense Attorney does the same he's a scumbag?
I'd certainly agree prosecutors, police, and even judges can be strongly and wrongly biased - either for or against a potential defendant.
The words for people like this who wrongly imprison someone (like the west memphis three for example) is criminal, scumbag, shitty excuses for people. I strongly believe that railroading someone with manufactured evidence - or knowingly presenting false evidence to defend your client (if you are the defense attorney) ought to result in serious jail time, loss of legal license, etc.

They need to make it so a dirty cop or prosecutor who tries to railroad someone gets the same sentence the defendant would have gotten.
That would put an end to prosecutorial misconduct with the quickness.

I'd like to begin using Carl Douglas' "5th quarter" reference to how the "system" got OJ in the end in my daily vernacular.

The pictures were difficult to stomach. I feel bad for the families that had to relive his horrific event.

This was the most fascinating, balanced and we'll made documentary I've ever seen. It had it all. Bravo ESPN. Everything you do with current sports is pretty much trash, but ESPNFilms & 30for30 are pure gold.

Omigod. I had seen 1-4 a while ago, but sat on 5. 4 and 5 are incredible. The karma paybacks are astounding. I even love juror number 9 now.

I agree. Well done. They need to replay these more often, and dump the other wortless filler they broadcast. I have probably watched some of those documentaries 7-8 times. ESPN can still get some things right when they want to.
