Ernie is fricking murdering this discussion about what happened Tuesday night. Wow.

The rest of the guys were at the very least mature about it as well. Special group of guys right here.

I'm not lying when I say that the last part of Ernie's bit almost had me in tears. It takes a lot of courage to go on and say some of the things he said. He seems as genuine as it gets. All of those guys really. Everyone one of them expressed their thoughts in an honest way imo. They made it known he wasnt their choice, but they will accept it and do what they can to make it better. And it's sad when a damn sports show can speak more sense than any of the major news platforms have in the last 18 months combined. Inside the NBA really is one of, if not the best show on TV right now.

Watched it live. That was one of the best 10 minutes on TV his week. All 4 had articulate remarks about this situation. I said this in the NBA Thread but it needs to be said again. TNT blows ESPN and any other network for that matter out of the water when it comes to social commentary. No BS. No agenda. Just real talk.

I love that group because they are good at both sides of the spectrum. They're good at being funny and humorous at times, and they're just as good when they have to get serious like that.

I'm not going to lie, Ernie's E:60 segment made me tear up. The guy is a wonderful man, busts his arse year around and is just great at everything he does.

It was awesome, and you'd think no one would have a problem with it, but I see Tom Ziller found a way to bitch about it. Blaming people like Ernie for not choosing the lesser of two evils rather than blaming his own party for choosing a shitty candidate that lost

I saw that E:60 when it aired and I have a ton of respect for Ernie Johnson. Never heard of Tom Ziller until your post and I googled him. What a shitstain. He isn't 1/1000th of the man Ernie Johnson is. Hell none of us are.

He's a good NBA writer but his line of thinking about this is part of the problem with the politics in our country

I don't even like to watch NBA basketball (at least during the regular season) but watch these guys semi-regularly because they are genuine and funny. You can also tell that the jocks on the show have a real affection for Ernie.

I've never understood this absurd argument.

Choosing the lesser of 2 evils is promoting evil.
