....in the same area of Chicago where they held that dumbass town hall hosted by jemelle hill last night.

Maybe instead of blaming cops, and harping on the handful of isolated incidents that happened across the nation over the past few years, blm could focus on the real issue. If black lives should matter to police, shouldn't they matter to other black people?

Sick of these people making martyrs out of career criminals that died in an interaction with police.

Wonder if he'll have his kids push a stroller or put on a hoodie? May get front page headlines for that?

RIP to the lady who got murdered. Hope her children are taken care of and grow up to become great people.

Kids named Zaire and Zion. Really?

Do people realize that naming kids isn't a game, and that they actually have to use those names for the rest of their lives?

It's a push for gun control. Look at the headlines and read the article. It's all about "gun" violence, no mention of black folks continuing to kill themselves in a city which has already banned guns.

The parts I saw was about inner city violence so it was very on topic for this murder.

Lotsa insensitive comments in here. We all understand the hypocrisy of the left and some of these "movements."

A girl getting murdered while pushing a stroller is about as sad as it gets, though. Do we really need to harp on the things that annoy us in a thread about a lady getting killed?

My cousin was killed today in Chicago. Another act of senseless gun violence. 4 kids lost their mom for NO REASON. Unreal. #EnoughIsEnough

YES

Sadly they only seem to matter after they're dead.

gotta love how a cousin of Wade gets gunned down, and this board responds by bashing black people.

TD is soooooooooooo southern Louisiana.

It is tragic, but something has to be done. Too many children and other innocents are being caught in the crossfire. Hopefully the peope of Chicago will be blessed with a true leader.

Please please tell me who said that.

And to any idiot who thinks folks commenting on the irony of the situation are actually happy about her death can GTFO.

The cause of her death has been the elephant in the room that no one will talk about.
